If you would like to change an order or shipping information, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order on our end, so we will cancel an order and let you reorder the product.

What is the return policy?
For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged Sidiz product and receive a full refund. A refund is released once the returned product reaches us and is inspected.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please request a refund request through Amazon. Once we receive a return request, we will issue a prepaid return label for you.
